As a native to the area, Dr. Olmstead is honored to serve the Hampstead, Topsail, and surrounding communities. He graduated locally from Topsail High School and received a Bachelor Degree in Biology from UNC-Wilmington in 2006. Dr. Olmstead is a graduate of East Carolina University- School of Dental Medicine. He became the proud owner of Topsail Dental in 2016, and since then has become one of the most trusted dentist in the area.

We are one of the only 5 star Ocean Friendly medical/dental offices in the area, and are certified eco friendly dentist.
When you think of a dentist, a green dentist who cares for the environment doesn't normally come to mind. But it should! Topsail Dental ~ Surf City is an Environmentally-Ocean Friendly practice. One of our goals as a top dentist in Pender County was to be recognized as Ocean and Environmentally-Friendly. We are certified at its highest level!! Our mission is to always keep improving as this is just the beginning! In our world, businesses have difficulty incorporating eco-friendly practices because we're so used to doing things the "easy" way. However, we take pride in being the Ocean and Environmentally-Friendly dentist families appreciate. Keeping our community green is just as important to us as using Environmentally-Friendly practices in our own office.
